At the same time, I have seen many Japanese (including those from non-English-speaking countries) and young people coming to the United States as athletes or businesspeople. From these experiences, I have found that world-class talent not only excel in their specialized fields and skills, but also have a commonality that is linked to "well-being" —a foundation and way of thinking that "has deep roots in the land and the strength to fully utilize its potential." This is closely related to mental toughness, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to the environment. Even in the face of uncertainty, they remain calm and have a positive attitude toward new challenges. These attributes not only contribute to high professional skills, but also support long-term success and sustainable growth.
