GSTR FOUNDATION
Executive Leaders
The GSTR Foundation, a general incorporated foundation, has a major mission of "developing the next generation of athletes to world standards, training leaders, and fostering the human skills and Japanese spirit that will enable them to survive in the international community." To that end, every year we collect the latest information and data from both Japan and overseas, compile it into a database, and ask for designated donations to cover the costs of updating the database and for our public service "educational development and training support projects."
We are working to develop the next generation of Japan, Japanese people, and children. We are truly seeking corporate, organizational, and individual partners who will work hard with us for the future of the Earth. The Japanese people are still "not a lost cause." Please have confidence and conviction, believe in our young people, and send them out into the world! That is the duty of our ancestors.
We would appreciate your support so that your passion and determination can be passed on to the next generation.
I have interacted with a variety of young people active in the European and American racing scenes. At the same time, I have seen many Japanese (including those from non-English-speaking countries) and young people coming to the United States as athletes or businesspeople. From these experiences, I have found that world-class talent not only excel in their specialized fields and skills, but also have a commonality that is linked to "well-being" —a foundation and way of thinking that "has deep roots in the land and the strength to fully utilize its potential." This is closely related to mental toughness, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to the environment. Even in the face of uncertainty, they remain calm and have a positive attitude toward new challenges. These attributes not only contribute to high professional skills, but also support long-term success and sustainable growth.
Therefore, we do not simply support the cost of studying abroad, but we also want to provide an opportunity for the next generation of young people to develop the overwhelming mental strength, flexibility, and refinement to forge their own path, as well as the understanding, excitement, and experience of different ethnicities and cultures, as part of their everyday life , for up to six years = "study abroad activity." This is a one-of-a-kind scholarship program that is absolutely essential for young people.
Furthermore, through this study abroad experience, students will be exposed to diverse values and broaden their horizons, with the aim of becoming individuals who can demonstrate leadership in a global society. This program, which promises not only academic growth but also personal growth, is an important step in cultivating the next generation of leaders who will be active around the world in the future.
