About F110 Cup

The F110 is the car that was used in the FIA-F4 Japanese Championship for nine seasons from 2015 to 2023. FIA-F4 is a new international standard junior formula established by the FIA at the time, and the series began in Italy in 2014, with subsequent expansions to the UK, Germany, Australia, and other countries. In Japan, the series has been held as the FIA-F4 Japanese Championship since the 2015 season.
Junior formula races from F3 onwards have been held all over the world, but each category has developed independently, and until now, with a few exceptions, there has been no international series with common standards. In Japan, in accordance with the FIA's roadmap, the machines used in the FIA-F4 Japanese Championship will be changed to the new generation FIAF4 from 2024, but the F110, which has undergone safety updates and improvements over the past nine seasons, still retains its appealing reliability and driving performance, and many vehicles continue to be used in sports racing on various circuits.
Against this backdrop, a new category, "F110 CUP," will debut this season, aiming to fulfill its role as a one-make junior formula with excellent operating cost performance. Support systems will continue for the chassis, engine, and tires, and a sufficient parts supply system will be maintained for race participation. We will continue to strive to develop F110 CUP as a motorsport that can be enjoyed casually and safely, so we hope you will enjoy it. It will start in 2024 as a new racing category utilizing the former FIA F4 machines.
In collaboration with the GSTR Foundation, the F110 CUP will establish a scholarship program for junior and female drivers in the 2025 series, known as the GSTR GRAND PRIX F110 CUP 2025 Series . This scholarship program will support drivers entering junior formula racing, a difficult field to advance into in motorsports, and will encourage the success of karting, junior drivers, and female drivers.
